All amenity notifications can be done through your Latch app by clicking the "Concierge" button on the top right hand corner.
Plant 51 offers many amenities which are all benefits tied to owner HOA dues including:
A fitness center with high end machines including two Pelotons (subscription paid for by the HOA) and multiple Precor fitness machines
A lounge room with a billiard table, a 75" 4K TV (with a YouTube TV subscription), an XBOX and an arcade console
A main courtyard with BBQ grills, sinks and a pergola with tables and seating for parties
A courtyard per building wing with fire pits
A business center with power at the tables and WiFi6
A community cage with shared items (coolers, lawn chairs, crutches, ladders, etc.)

Typical quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. for public spaces (such as firepits) adjacent to residential areas.

The WIFI password in the lounge and fitness center can be found on the corkboard in the mailroom
…(such as parking, garage, trash/recycling chutes or rooms, bike kitchens, fitness center, courtyard areas, barbecues, fire pits, lounges, etc.):
Submit a maintenance request to Seabreeze, who will contact either the on site maintenance manager or vendor(s) who can make the needed changes or repairs.
If an after-hours or weekend emergency related to P51 spaces or infrastructure, call the Property Management company directly for the emergency center and leave information for a prompt Manager call-back.
If not an emergency, e-mail to the Property Management company who will get the matter taken care of the next business day.
