Background

• This page will have the information as fire alarms happen. 

•  Statcomm will be performing a five year fire sprinkler & annual fire alarm testing. Below is the schedule of testing for both common area and in-unit. 

• The in-unit testing will be performed between 4 pm to 8 pm. This is a mandatory testing required by City of San Jose and County of Santa Clara and the National Fire Protection Agency code 72. Unit access is necessary via our CC&Rs. Someone over the age of 18 must be home. 

• If you are not able to be home, please make arrangements with a friend or neighbor to allow access for Statcomm to go in. If you are not at home during this date and time, please work with a friend or family to make the unit available. Owners with tenants and property managers - please confirm with your tenant that they are aware of this request. As a last resort, residents can contact the property management company and provide Victor with a key to coordinate access. If Statcomm does not gain access to your unit on these dates, you will be charged a return fee by Statcomm (between $100 to $200).

  • Building CW - November 30

    • Common Area 10am – 4pm

    • In-unit 4 pm to 8 pm
