The parking garage and parking lot are owned by the Homeowners Association, not homeowners themselves.
Parking spaces are assigned to residents. Residents should park in their assigned space. If someone mistakenly parked in your spot, see the "Towing" section below.
There is no guest parking at Plant 51. However, usually small numbers can be accommodated by residents asking neighbors with unused space(s) to share for a short period via the Google Group
When parking at night, remove all visible packages and belongings. This includes hiding cables for electronic gear.

Take care not to let intruders sneak in behind cars by "tailgating" in on foot, bicycle, or in other cars.
Be aware of your surroundings when entering or leaving the parking area(s).
When parking your car, remove all items from view, particularly electronic items.
Do not leave anything of value in your car, even out of sight.
Car alarms generally do not work when intruders break side windows, which is why this is the most common method of entry for thieves.
Put car registration in the trunk, not glove compartment (as protection against identity theft).
