Moving in and moving out must be part of a larger paperwork process (e.g. buying a home, or owners moving tenants in, etc) that involves notifying SeaBreeze two weeks in advance.
Owner-tenant forms should be filled out at least two weeks prior to move-in.
Moving Times: 8am - 7pm
Authorized Parking Spots:
In the north parking lot along the concrete utility room on the opposite side of the lot from building C-East (except on Tuesdays and Fridays which are garbage days).
On Bush Street including the loading zone (subject to availability/city permits)
Non-Authorized Parking Spots
Inside the garage if it's a moving truck (clearance is 8'2")
Anywhere blocking entrances/exits
Anywhere blocking parking spaces (if they are, the van must be attended at all times and ready to move)
Any handicap spaces
In front of the garage "cage" by the building A elevator
The South garage entrance/or illegally parking on on Laurel Grove/Bush Street (blocks resident entrances)
Preventing damage:
Use pads in elevators to protect walls (movers must provide pads, the HOA does not currently stock them).
Lay plastic lining to protect carpets along the routes
Damaging painted walls or carpeting will result in fines
Doors cannot be propped open:
For security, doors and gates (vehicular and pedestrian) must not be propped open or left ajar while moving items. Have someone from the moving company or the owner at the door to keep it closed.
Trash and disposing unwanted items:
Leaving non-standard recycling items in the garbage room results in charges for the cost of removal (applicable to tenants and owners)
