Owners are responsible for cleanup (or costs thereof) of any accidents (drinks or animals) in the hallways.
Residents are required to take their own trash and recycling to the trash/recycle rooms on their floors and deposit items in the appropriate chute. (Our cleaning crew does not remove trash/recycling from the trash/recycling rooms on residential floors
Please observe quiet hours after 10 p.m.
Return any bicycle repair tools in the bike kitchen to the correct location after use.
Park your bike so that it is secure and won't fall on others' bikes.
Bike storage is limited: Don't take up more room for your bike than you need.
Clean off the barbecue after use using tools located in cabinets under the grill and sink.
Clean up table areas, ensuring they are completely free of food debris and trash.
Do not move furniture including couches and pool table
Clean off table surfaces.
Throw away and/or recycle all debris (food containers, bottles, leftover food, etc.)
Residents are liable for any damage caused to common spaces during parties or gatherings.
Clean off any surfaces you've touched after workout (for hygiene purposes).
Re-rack weights and return other equipment to its original location.
Turn off anything electric or electronic (such as treadmill TVs).
Check to make sure you've taken everything with you.
Report any equipment malfunctions to Seabreeze. If broken equipment presents a safety hazard, try to leave a note to warn off other residents.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public spaces - indoors or outdoors.
Smokers may only smoke in their own units.
If smoking on your balcony or lounge, be aware of the direction of prevailing winds (you could be keeping smoke out of your own unit, but it could be going directly into someone else's).
